The Visco Palazzo Grafeno mattress features multi-zone comfort, eliminating pressure points and providing excellent adaptability. This mattress has a medium-firm feel with a soft initial touch, but firm and stable support, ensuring maximum comfort.

At Matris, we are so confident in the quality of our mattresses that if you don’t like yours, you can exchange it for another model of the same or higher price. The only cost will be shipping:
€29 for mattresses up to 135 cm wide (inclusive) or €39 for mattresses wider than 135 cm
Conditions:
- The 100-day trial begins when you receive your mattress.
- It takes us about 12–15 days to collect the mattress, manufacture the new one, and deliver it to your home.
- The mattress must be in good condition, free from stains or damage, and properly packaged for collection.
- We recommend using a mattress protector from day one to ensure it remains in good condition in the long term.
- Only one exchange is permitted per customer or order.
- If you wish to exchange your mattress, contact us and we will arrange it immediately.
