Shipping and Returns

At MGB DEAL MARKET SL, we process all orders on the same day the purchase is made. To us, all orders are urgent.All our prices include shipping.

DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Mattresses, toppers, pillows, headboards and bedding: 7-10 business days.

  • Divan beds, sofas, sofa beds, upholstered bases: 15-20 business days.

  • Areas with a delivery time of 30 calendar days: Galicia, Asturias, La Rioja, Ciudad Real, Albacete, Jaén, Almería, Extremadura and Aragón.

  • Important note: We do not deliver furniture to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

  • Special periods: During holidays and vacation periods (Christmas, summer, Easter and bank holidays) deliveries may be delayed by up to 15 extra days.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the event of an issue, you must document the claim via eccoxplataformas@gmail.com. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace it at no cost to you.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may withdraw your order within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the product is in perfect condition, has not been used and retains its original packaging (in the case of mattresses, they must be vacuum-rolled and unopened).

Return shipping costs (Mainland Spain):

  • Rolled mattresses: €30/unit

  • Headboards: €30/unit

  • Pillows and fillings: €12/unit

  • Divan bed: €100

  • Sofa: €230

  • Chaise longue: €230

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items with special, exact or custom dimensions (choice of upholstery).

  • Items manufactured to customer specifications.

  • Divan beds that have been assembled.

  • Mattresses that have been unsealed, opened or unrolled.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

  • Warranty: In accordance with current regulations, we cover manufacturing defects.

  • Exclusions: Defects due to improper use, lack of ventilation, stains, moisture, use of chemical products or repairs by third parties are not covered. Issues with delivery or assembly must be reported within the first 24 hours after receipt.
