At Matris, we are so confident in the quality of our mattresses that if you don't like yours, you can exchange it for another model of equal or higher value. The only cost will be for transport:
€29 for mattresses up to 135 cm wide (included) or €39 for mattresses wider than 135 cm

Conditions:

- The 100-day trial begins when you receive your mattress.
- It takes us about 12–15 days to collect the mattress, manufacture the new one, and deliver it to your home.
- The mattress must be in good condition, without stains or damage, and properly packaged for collection.
- We recommend using a mattress protector from day one to ensure it remains in good condition over the long term.
- Only one exchange is allowed per customer or order.
- If you want to exchange your mattress, contact us and we will arrange it immediately.
