At Matris, we are so confident in the quality of our mattresses that if you don't like yours, you can exchange it for another model of equal or higher price. The only thing you will have to pay is the shipping cost:
€29 for mattresses up to 135 cm wide (included) or €39 for mattresses wider than 135 cm

Conditions:

- The 100-day trial begins when you receive your mattress.
- It takes us about 12/15 days to collect the mattress, manufacture the new one, and deliver it to your home.
- The mattress must be in good condition, without stains or damage, and properly packaged for collection.
- We recommend using a mattress protector from day one to ensure its long-term condition.
- Only one exchange is allowed per customer or order.
