This mattress is shipped vacuum-packed to facilitate its transport. It is advisable not to use the mattress until 24 hours after it is unpacked. We guarantee that no mattress is stored vacuum-packed. Once vacuum-packed, mattresses are shipped directly to the customer, thereby ensuring that the mattress remains vacuum-packed for as little time as possible, 24/48 hours, thus avoiding the loss of performance of the raw materials used in the making of the mattress. All products are made in Spain, in accordance with the ISO-9001 standard regarding quality, design, and production. Against any manufacturing defect. - We recommend using a mattress protector from the first day to guarantee its good condition in the long term.
